Dell Medical School evaluation report
Contains the Chief Complaint documenting financial coercion, the WAIS-IV scores mischaracterized as “above average,” and the statement “no evidence of any mania.”

Vibrant labs documenting CD57 immune suppression, C4a inflammation at 2.4× reference range, and Aspergillus mycotoxins at ~8× reference range — three months before Dell diagnosed Somatic Symptom Disorder.

Confirms sending a letter to Dr. Erin Logue during the evaluation, describes it as “meant to be confidential,” and acknowledges the content could be “hurtful.”

Written statement that no such document exists in the file. Directly contradicts the sister's written confirmation. Both cannot be true.

Altered and backdated records
The Feb 3 report includes NPD, no Adjustment Disorder. After the findings were challenged Feb 4, records were altered: NPD removed, Adjustment Disorder inserted, backdated to January 15, 2025.

OCR correspondence, first and second complaints
The first complaint required federal intervention to force UT to produce records. The second was closed in December 2025 with a letter stating OCR would not investigate.

Senate Finance Committee investigation of Dr. Charles Nemeroff (2008). Public record, Chairman Chuck Grassley. Documented ~$1.2 million in undisclosed pharmaceutical payments during NIH-funded research at Emory University.
Judge Kathleen M. Williams rulings and DOJ settlement documents (2026). Southern District of Florida: the settlement was “obviously collusive,” the parties “worked in tandem and were never actually adverse”; the $1.776 billion fund announcement, and the order barring the IRS “forever” from existing tax claims.
